This policy explains what personal data Onde Claire Ltd collects when you use our website or buy from us, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Onde Claire Ltd is the data controller. 1. What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email address, company) when you buy a product, book a call or email us. Order details (what you bought, when, and the amount). Payment is handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number. Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
2. Why we use it
To deliver what you bought and provide support (performance of a contract). To send order confirmations, receipts and delivery emails (performance of a contract). To keep accounting records for as long as UK law requires (legal obligation). To improve the site and understand how it is used (legitimate interests). To send occasional emails about new products or services, only where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
3. Who we share it with
Payment providers who process your payment. Email and hosting providers who deliver our emails and run the site. Accounting and tax advisers where required. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: six years after the end of the financial year in which the purchase was made, as required by HMRC. Support emails: two years after the last message. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Analytics data: 26 months.
6. Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies to work and, where you accept them, analytics cookies to measure use. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to our processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
