These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Onde Claire website and your purchase of our digital products and services. The site and the products are operated by Onde Claire Ltd ("Onde Claire", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, registered office at Office 12, Initial Business Centre, Wilson Business Park, Manchester M40 8WN, United Kingdom. By using this site or buying a product you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Onde Claire sells digital products — workbooks, design files, templates, spreadsheets and recorded reviews — and provides consultancy services in positioning, brand, web and paid acquisition. Digital products are educational and informational in nature. Consultancy services are provided under a separate written proposal or statement of work.

2. Not professional advice

Our products and content are for general information and education. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and no specific result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on how the material is applied and on factors outside our control.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for digital products are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. By completing a purchase you authorise the provider to charge the payment method you selected.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After payment is confirmed you receive a download or access link by email, normally within minutes. Recorded reviews (for example the Site Review) are delivered by email within five working days of purchase, once we have the details we need from you. You are responsible for giving us a correct email address.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy. In summary: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Where a product has been downloaded or a recorded review has already been delivered, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may no longer apply, but we will still honour the 14-day refund window described in the Refund Policy.

6. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a digital product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish our products or content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products — text, designs, graphics, code, templates and recordings — is owned by Onde Claire Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Consultancy services

Consultancy engagements are governed by the proposal or statement of work agreed in writing for that engagement. Where these Terms and a signed proposal conflict, the proposal prevails for that engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
